copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties. AloeCam is licensed, not sold
or given away.

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: You should carefully read the
following terms and conditions before using this software.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using AloeCam, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement
and warranty. If you do not agree to the terms of this
license agreement and warranty, do not install or use this
software.
*** LICENSE AGREEMENT ***

This license applies to the registered version of AloeCam.
If you are using an unregistered version of AloeCam, see
the section titled "Evaluation License" below.

You may install copies of AloeCam, for your personal use
only, on more than one computer.

You may make copies of AloeCam for backup purposes.

You may NOT give or sell this software to anyone.

You may NOT make this software publicly or privately
available; including, but not limited to, placing on a
computer networked to other computers making a copy of
this software accessible to others, and distribution of
the software on CD-ROM or other media.

You may NOT rent, lease, or lend this software.

You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
AloeCam.
Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State
of California.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS"
AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR
MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software
environments into which AloeCam may be installed and used,
NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on
it, and a good backup of system settings and data is done
prior to running the application. The user must assume the
entire risk of using this program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE
SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
OR REFUND OF ANY PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO SELLER.

This license applies to the unregistered version of AloeCam.
If you have purchased a license for the registered version
of AloeCam, see the section "License Agreement" above.

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the
UNREGISTERED version (select About from the AloeCam Help
menu to check) you are hereby licensed to make as many
copies of the unregistered version of this software as
you wish; give exact copies of the unregistered version
to anyone; and distribute the unregistered version of the
software and documentation in its unmodified form via
electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or
requesting donations, for any such copies, however made;
and from distributing the software and/or documentation
with other products (commercial or otherwise) without
prior written permission.
